In just two years, the Jersey County Arts Council (JCAC) has hosted 341 programs and events reaching more than 8,016 participants. Our programs include free weekly Art to Go bags at the Jerseyville Farmers and Artisans Market, the annual cow parade in Jerseyville, and the grocery bag program.

Our mission is to inspire creative and cultural growth to those in Jersey County and the surrounding area.
